Registration Procedure

Please follow these steps to successfully complete the registration procedure: fill in the registration form below with all the necessary information.

Then submit the form.

• If you choose to pay by credit card,  you will receive an email with all registration information, including pro-forma invoice and e-ticket.
• If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an email with all registration information, including pro-forma invoice for payment. An e-ticket will be sent to you after Conference Secretariat will receive a payment.  
• Please note that the final invoice for your participation will be sent by the Conference Secretariat after the Conference is finished.

 *Early Bird deadline is 1 March, 2019 

You can also register for pre-conference or social events. Some pre-conference workshops are free of charge, for others an extra fee applies. For social events, an extra fee applies. Groups with 5 or more participants are eligible for the group discount.

• Admission to the pre-conference workshops on 17 June (registration required)
• Admission to all conference sessions
• Opening Reception on 17 June, 2019
• Coffee breaks on 18-19 June, 2019
• Lunches on 18-19 June, 2019
• Admission to the field visits on 20 June (registration required)

Important! Do not forget your full name and invoice number on the bank transfer.

 

By Credit Card: Payment by credit card is available on the online registration form.

On site payments: When paying on site, a late fee will be applied regardless of when the registration was received. To benefit from the Early Bird fee, payments must be received prior to 10 March 2019.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation until 15 April - 80% refund
Cancellation between 15 April - 1 May - 50% refund
Cancellation between 1 May - 10 June - 30% refund
Cancellation after 10 June - no refund

e-Ticket
If your registration was successful and payment has been received, you will receive an confirmation e-ticket. This ticket can be used to sign in at the venue.
