Rebecka Lundgren is the Director of Research for the Institute for Reproductive Health at Georgetown University. Rebecka has over 25 years of experience in the design and monitoring, and evaluation of sustainable reproductive health and behavior change programs, with particular interest in youth and gender. Rebecka’s current research interests are focused in the areas of social norms, gender-based violence and very young adolescents. As an applied anthropologist, Rebecka has particular interest in applying qualitative and ethnographic methods to her work, and has applied innovative methods to the evaluation of Choices, Voices and Promises, a multi-level gender transformative intervention in Nepal and the Gender Roles and Equality Transformation Project (GREAT) in Uganda.
