Nurturing Environments
For the Wellbeing of Young Children and their Families
Nurturing Environments: this theme draws attention to the systemic nature and the shared responsibility we all hold for the environments in which young children live, learn, play and develop. Starting from the home environment - moving through the early childhood services and other spaces in neighborhoods, communities and cities - each experience along the way has the potential to shape the life of a young child.
The ISSA Conference 2019 will also be the occasion to celebrate ISSA’s 20th Anniversary, starting as an association in 1999. We look forward to celebrating this anniversary, together with conference participants, during the Welcome Reception on the evening of the 17th of June. We hope you will join us!
